Application support and Onboarding Support
6 month assignment (contract to hire)
This role is to provide support and onboarding assistance to the client for their current employees and new hires. When a new person starts with this client the Application support professional trains them on how to use clients applications. They would be showing doctors, nurses, scientists and other staff on how to use the technology used in-house (standard business applications).
This person will help employees use the applications. This will involve engaging with the new hire or staff member and show them how to do things like set up out of office, make templates, macros, and other essential productivitity tools
-He/she will write knowledge article for service now. How to guides. (Ie about the same apps they are training the employees on)
-Create interactive/editable forms in Adobe
-Do some Sharepoint Admin
