Infrastructure Technical Project Manager
 
The Project Manager will be the SPOC and relationship manager in client’s IT Infrastructure & Operations group responsible for the successful and holistic delivery of infrastructure services in support of his/her assigned partners.
 
Infrastructure partners may be the peer IT delivery and support areas of client such as application delivery or information management or they may also be client’s business partners. Overall quality of service delivery will be this delivery manager’s  primary mission while providing superior levels of performance and customer service.
 
Responsibilities:
 
Establishing and maintaining a professional, productive and highly collaborative relationships between I&O and its partners.
 
Understanding each business partner’s strategy and value proposition and enabling them with the catalog of services in I&O.
 
Partnering with IT and business associates as required to ensure the timely and effective delivery of quality IT solutions that meet documented business requirements and use cases.
 
Ensure all changes and customer service requests are fulfilled with quality in a timely manner and acting as the point of escalation into and outside of the I&O organization to resolve issues.
 
Manage the Agile Release Train across software, hardware, firmware and other as needed to define, implement, test, deploy, release and operate solutions through building strong relationships based on trust and dependability with architects and engineers.
 
Participating in problem resolution efforts, post-incident reviews and stakeholder communications.
 
Managing scope, risks, schedule and budget through resources and tasks within the Infrastructure & Operations environment and with business and IT partners is critical.
 
Maintain a detailed level of understanding with the I&O service offerings and SAFe delivery processes and continually and proactively update stakeholders and sponsors.
 
Identifying, documenting and implementing process improvement initiatives that support productivity and transparency.
 
Qualifications:
 
Strong technical background across multiple infrastructure domains.
 
Server Computing, Storage, Network, Messaging, Database and Security in
support of application and service delivery.
 
Reporting and tracking of key operational performance metrics.
 
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and direct both operational and
project-focused resources.
 
Able to function in complex and challenging customer environments while maintaining the ability to influence change and negotiate mutually beneficial
solutions and understandings.
 
Able to manage and drive multiple, competing efforts across disparate infrastructure towers.
 
Demonstrate superior communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate technology topics within all levels of the IT department, including senior management (CIO, VP, etc.).
 
Technical infrastructure project management experience.
 
BSc and PMP certification preferred.
