Financial services client is looking for desktop support professional to work in their environment which will include both onsite (NJ or NY) support along with expanding remote support. Client will need someone who has worked with tools like CITRIX and Bomgar (now called BeyondTrust) support. The desktop support resource will be part of the team that will also complete a migration to Windows 10 during the course of the year. Must have experience in deploying & supporting Windows machines, good technical knowledge on Windows 10. Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills required.
Windows 10 Experience
-Office 2016 experience
-BeyondTrust (Bomgar support) experience required
-Windows 10 Migration Experience preferred
-Windows Operating System troubleshooting and support
-Ability to run PowerShell scripts and push application packages
-White glove service expectation with excellent client facing skills.
-Understanding of windows networking, file sharing, printing.
- Required: Bomgar, remote desktop support experience, Citrix, very very strong desktop support skills
-Nice to have: Other software experience: Pulse VPN, Altiris, Symantec Endpoint, Appsense, Ivanti Device control.
